Design and build reliable, well-tested systems for research, execution, monitoring and risk. You care about correctness, observability and clean interfaces.

Strong fundamentals in a modern language such as Python, Rust, C++ or Go
Experience with testing, CI and production operations
Curiosity about markets; no finance background required

Quantitative Researcher

Form hypotheses, work carefully with data, and validate ideas with scientific rigor. You are as interested in why something might fail as in why it might work.

Strong background in statistics, mathematics, physics, CS or a related field
Fluency with data analysis and reproducible research
Intellectual honesty and clear written communication
